Tomáš Brngál

Tomas juggles his vision to establish Virtual Medicine, Ltd. as a leading medical VR/AR digital application with the everyday challenges of studying medicine by surrounding himself with a supportive team. Asides pursuing his medical career, he also pours his creative energy into Slovakian National Folklore Ballet, representing Slovak Republic as an active member of Lúčnica. The combination skills he has developed from feeding both passions enables him to manage a multidisciplinary business team which includes medical students, software programmers, and 3D artists. Tomas believes that each of the five EO core values (Boldly Go!, Cool, Make a Mark, Thirst for Learning, Trust and Respect)are key elements in every entrepreneur’s journey. To do this efficiently, he relies on both his team and trusted networks: “Sometimes I rely only on myself, sometimes my team and I brainstorm for new ideas and sometimes I get new information from experienced advisors. This all helps me to find solutions when creating new projects.”

Incorporating each of these core values has helped him to take full advantage of every situation, explore creative ideas, and develop a cool and youthful brand.
