Tommi and his partners created A8 Entertainment to produce high quality events that people will remember. Their biggest event, Abi Goes Tallinn, takes high school students on a lifetime trip from Finland to Estonia and in 2017 had over 1500 participants. Although he often struggles to find the right balance between work and leisure, he is learning that he is more productive when he allocates quality time to personal rest, family and friends. He describes himself as a cool entrepreneur because of his social skills and excitable personality. As an entrepreneur, being competitive has given him both a strong work ethic and passion for creativity. “I don't do things that I'm not excited about. I’m also a really competitive person; I want to be best at what our company does.”
