From 11 -14 June 2026 EO One Canada brought members, Spouse and Life Partners (SLPs) and NextGen together in Cancún for a dynamic, multi-day experience blending leadership sessions, curated networking and immersive activities in Cancún, Mexico.

Beyond Borders

The EO One Canada Beyond Borders stage featured Gillian Andrew, Chloe Veitch, Zac Zinn, Raine Maida and Felipe Calderón.

Felipe Calderón, former President of Mexico, served as President from 2006–2012. Calderón led Mexico through complex economic, political and global challenges and remains a prominent voice in international leadership, public policy and global affairs. He shared powerful insights on leading under pressure. It was a rare opportunity to hear directly from a leader who has shaped decisions at the highest level — beyond borders, beyond theory and into real-world impact.

Gillian Andrew introduced a 5 Pillars framework designed to help EO members build a fulfilling life we do not need to escape from.

Chloe Veitch, a Netflix standout and one of the platform’s most recognizable unscripted personalities — now stepping into hosting — brought a perspective on visibility, identity and leadership in the public eye.

In her session, “Beyond Borders, Beyond Self-Doubt: Visibility Without the Mask,” Chloe took the Beyond Borders theme inward. She explored how dropping the mask, building credibility without overexposure and embracing authentic visibility can become a true leadership advantage.

Zac Zinn brought a candid, high-impact approach to leadership and performance. He challenged EO members to think differently about growth, discipline and personal accountability. His perspective spoke directly to those navigating pressure, ambition and the realities of building at scale.

Raine Maida is a Canadian musician best known as the lead vocalist and primary songwriter of the alternative rock band Our Lady Peace.

Beyond performing for us, Raine also shared his entrepreneurial journey. He is a cofounder of LOOP/POOL, a Canadian artist-focused and social-forward cannabis brand.

A New Way to Connect

The 2026 One Canada Conference was the first regional event to ever be fully AI powered.

Participating members were matched based on shared priorities, needs and focus. The goal was to eradicate small talk and replace it with relevant deep exchanges.
