Celebrating 11 Years of Growth at EO/London Business School
June 17, 2026
69 members from 42 chapters gathered in London for the 11th edition of EO/LBS Growth Forum
From 26–30 April 2026, 69 EO members representing 42 chapters gathered in London for the 11th edition of the EO/London Business School (EO/LBS) Growth Forum. Designed to help entrepreneurs navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with business growth, this program combines world-class faculty, practical frameworks, case-method learning and peer collaboration to help participants build actionable strategies for their businesses.
Unlike traditional lecture-based programs, EO/LBS uses the case method, immersing participants in real-world business dilemmas and encouraging them to explore solutions through discussion, analysis and collaboration.
A Community That Keeps Coming Back
The impact of EO/LBS is reflected not only in the quality of the learning experience, but also in the number of members who choose to return year after year.
Of the 69 participants who attended this year's program, 31 had participated previously, demonstrating the ongoing value members find in the experience. This year also marked a significant milestone for three members, who achieved alumni status after attending their seventh EO/LBS program.
The program's unique structure, with new faculty and refreshed content each year, allows members to continue building their entrepreneurial toolkit while benefiting from fresh perspectives and evolving business insights.
Turning Insights into Action
Throughout the four-day program, participants engaged in faculty-led sessions, case-method discussions and collaborative study group work designed to help them evaluate and accelerate their growth opportunities. Working alongside world-class faculty and fellow entrepreneurs, attendees explored practical frameworks and real-world business challenges before translating their learning into a concise, one-page growth plan tailored to their businesses.
Rhonda Sparks (EO Sacramento), a six-time participant, shared:
Running a business can be isolating. It’s easy to get stuck in the day-to-day challenges and lose sight of the bigger picture. This program forces me to step away from my routine, travel across the world, and spend a week learning alongside more than 75 entrepreneurs who are facing many of the same opportunities and challenges I am.
The professors, especially John Mullins, have a remarkable ability to take complex business concepts and make them practical. The case-study learning approach is incredibly effective because you’re not learning theory, you’re discussing real companies, real decisions, and real problems that often feel very familiar."
Beyond the classroom, I’ve built meaningful relationships with entrepreneurs from all over the world. Those friendships and business connections continue long after the program ends.
The combination of world-class education, global perspectives, practical takeaways, and personal growth makes London Business School one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself and my company.”
