Moderator Summit Brings Together 60 Forum Moderators from Across Latin America
From 24–26 May 2026, EO Latin America hosted its Moderator Summit in Panama, bringing together Forum leaders from across the region for three days of learning, connection, and growth.
EO’s Forum experience is one of the organization’s most valuable member benefits, creating a confidential space where entrepreneurs can share experiences, gain perspective, and grow both personally and professionally. At the heart of every successful Forum is a skilled Moderator who helps foster trust, vulnerability, curiosity, and meaningful connection.
To prepare members for this important role, EO has developed a progressive learning journey that equips Forum Moderators with the skills needed to facilitate impactful discussions and create supportive environments where experience sharing takes precedence over advice-giving.

The Summit welcomed 60 attendees, including Forum Moderators, Moderators-Elect, Forum Chairs, and 11 Significant Life Partners (SLPs) Moderators. Participants represented 18 of the region’s 24 chapters, with strong participation from Brazil. The event was further enriched by the presence of EO Global Board Chair, Quini Cordero from EO Guatemala, who joined fellow leaders in supporting the development of Forum excellence throughout the region.
The impact of the Summit was reflected in the outstanding participant feedback:
- Overall Satisfaction Score: 9.73/10
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 100
- Exceptional ratings for facilitation, program structure, and overall experience
A key highlight of the event was delivering the program primarily in Spanish, the native language of most attendees, while offering live interpretation for Portuguese-speaking participants. This approach created a more inclusive and engaging learning environment, allowing members to connect more deeply with the content and one another.
Beyond the educational sessions, attendees had the opportunity to experience some of Panama’s most iconic attractions, including a visit to the Panama Canal. The Summit concluded with a memorable group dinner at Aya La Vida in the historic Casco Antiguo, providing the perfect setting to celebrate new connections and shared experiences.
“Forum remains one of EO’s greatest gifts to our members. Investing in moderators is investing in the health, trust, and long-term success of our chapters.” - Quini Cordero, Global Board Chair, EO Guatemala
By continuing to develop Forum leaders, EO is strengthening the member experience and helping entrepreneurs build deeper connections that positively impact their businesses, families, and communities.
