More than 200 members, representing 30 chapters came together in Kraków, Poland, from 7-9 October for EO Unlimited 2026. Under the theme “Transformation: Shape the Unstoppable,” the three-day regional event brought members together to explore how they can navigate change, challenge established perspectives, and shape what comes next in business and beyond.
With a diverse lineup of international speakers, thought-provoking discussions, and opportunities for connection, EO Unlimited created space for members to exchange ideas, broaden their perspectives, and learn from the experiences of fellow entrepreneurs.

Exploring Transformation, Leadership, and What Comes Next
The program featured speakers and experts from entrepreneurship, leadership, neuroscience, technology, and social change. Stephen Shortt (EO Ireland) served as master of ceremonies, guiding attendees through the program and its conversations.
Caspar Craven opened the learning program with Leading Transformation and Delivering Big Bold Goals, exploring the leadership required to turn ambitious goals into action. Stephen Shortt followed with The Courage to Transform: Personal Stories, bringing personal experience into the conversation about change.
Verne Harnish led Scaling Transformed, focusing on transformation through the lens of business growth. A panel discussion, What Does Art Know About the Future Before Business Does?, brought together moderator Weronika Szwarc-Bronikowska, Dr. Ewa Łabno-Falęcka, and Magda Żuk to explore the relationship between artistic perspectives and emerging business possibilities.
The final day expanded the conversation to resilience, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and global change. Béa Beste explored resilience in Resilience: From Losing Everything to Living to the Fullest, while Marsha Ralls examined The Neuroscience of Change. Aleksandra Przegalińska addressed The Social Transformation of Working With AI, and Małgorzata Bonikowska discussed World in the Time of Trump.
George Gan led the workshop A Walk with Brother John: The Story of an Entrepreneur and a Teacher, adding another perspective on the connections between entrepreneurship, personal experience, and learning.
Together, the sessions invited attendees to consider transformation from multiple angles: how leaders respond to uncertainty, how organizations pursue ambitious goals, and how emerging technologies and changing social dynamics influence the future.

Three Dinners, Three Perspectives on Kraków
Beyond the conference sessions, the event offered opportunities to connect with fellow members while discovering different sides of the host city. Each evening featured a distinct setting and experience, making Kraków an integral part of the gathering.
The opening dinner took place at Stara Zajezdnia, together with participants from the EO European Leadership Conference (ELC). The evening celebrated Polish culture and traditions through local folk dances, traditional costumes, and authentic Polish cuisine, welcoming attendees into the spirit of the destination.
The second evening brought members to Stara Gęś restaurant in the heart of Kraków’s Main Square, reflecting the city’s lively, contemporary atmosphere. It provided another setting for conversations, shared experiences, and connections across chapters.
The event concluded with a gala dinner at the Museum of Aviation, where the distinctive venue provided a memorable setting for the final evening and an opportunity to bring the community together after three days of learning and discussion.
Three venues, three distinct atmospheres, and three different ways to discover Kraków—each contributing to the broader experience of connecting with peers beyond the conference room.
Taking New Perspectives Forward
EO Unlimited 2026 brought together a global community of entrepreneurs to explore transformation through leadership, business growth, resilience, technology, and culture. The combination of expert-led learning, open discussion, and shared experiences encouraged attendees to look beyond familiar approaches and consider new possibilities for themselves and their businesses.
As the gathering concluded in Kraków, its central theme remained relevant beyond the event: transformation is already underway, and leadership means actively shaping what comes next.
