April 16, 2026

Entrepreneurs’ Organization North Asia hosted the second EO North Asia Entrepreneurs’ Festival in Beijing, convening more than 380 entrepreneurs

From 11–13 March 2026, Entrepreneurs’ Organization North Asia hosted the second EO North Asia Entrepreneurs’ Festival in Beijing, bringing together more than 380 entrepreneurs, including approximately 110 prospective members, for three days of learning, connection, and regional community-building.

Held under the theme “North Asia Power,” the festival celebrated the strength, resilience, and shared ambition of entrepreneurs across the region. With the spirit of breaking boundaries, co-creating together, and moving toward the light, the event created a dynamic platform for EO members and prospective members to exchange ideas, build relationships, and explore how entrepreneurs can navigate change in an evolving global landscape.

As one of EO North Asia’s largest regional gatherings of the year, the festival welcomed attendees from 15 chapters across North Asia and Asia Pacific. From main-stage learning and breakout discussions to networking dinners and enterprise visits, the event reflected EO’s commitment to trusted peer engagement, lifelong learning, and meaningful community connection.

Insights from Industry Leaders

The main program featured an esteemed lineup of speakers who shared insights across business strategy, emerging technology, leadership philosophy, and personal growth.

Wu Minghui, founder, CEO and CTO of MiningLamp Technology, opened the main-stage program with a session on Internet of Agents and the next era of AI-driven transformation. He explored how entrepreneurs can protect data sovereignty, avoid platform dependency, and build open, human-machine collaboration infrastructure for the future.

Prof. Zhong Weiguo of Peking University spoke about structural transformation and development opportunities, encouraging entrepreneurs to understand business strategy through the lens of changing economic cycles, evolving growth models, and regional resource integration.

Prof. Wang Yaowei, an artificial intelligence expert, shared how AI agents and intelligent perception technologies are moving from conversation to execution, creating new possibilities for efficiency, industrial innovation, and competitive advantage.

Du Yinshan, a Yangming Xinxue expert and author, brought a philosophical and deeply human perspective to the program. His session explored how entrepreneurs can cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner steadiness while facing complexity and uncertainty.

Beyond the keynote sessions, EO members from across the region shared personal stories and practical entrepreneurial lessons. Topic included relationship-building, creating value through art and ecosystems, preparing for opportunity, personal purpose, self-breakthrough, education, global expansion, and structure-led growth. This shared experiences added an authentic peer-to-peer dimension to the festival and reflected the distinctive value of EO: entrepreneurs learning from entrepreneurs.

Deep Dives into Today’s Business Challenges

The festival also offered six breakout experiences designed around the real challenges and opportunities facing today’s business owners. Sessions explored AI trends and implementation, practical use cases for OpenClaw and AI-agent tools, business risk management, global expansion, founder storytelling, and mind-body leadership. These smaller sessions allowed participants to dive deeper into topics most relevant to their businesses and personal growth.

Inside China’s Leading Innovators

Attendees had the opportunity to visit ByteDance, Xiaomi, and the Robot Innovation Center / Robot World. These visits offered a close look at how AI, smart ecosystems, robotics, and emerging technologies are being applied in real business and industry settings. The offsite program gave entrepreneurs practical inspiration and a deeper understanding of how innovation is reshaping the future of business.

Community and Connection

Connection was also a central part of the festival experience. The dinner on 12 March brought participants together in a warm and celebratory setting under the theme of breaking boundaries and co-creating toward the light. EO leaders, including Board Directors Khuram Saleem and Alan Cheung and David Chan, North Asia Regional Chair shared remarks, and participants had the opportunity to introduce their businesses, exchange ideas, and celebrate the strength of the North Asia community. The evening concluded with a group toast and shared moments that captured the trust, warmth, and unity of EO.

 Looking Ahead

The second EO North Asia Entrepreneurs’ Festival was more than a regional event. It was a celebration of entrepreneurial courage, cross-border connection, and shared growth. It reminded participants that while entrepreneurship can often feel solitary, EO offers a trusted community where founders can be seen, understood, challenged, and supported.

As EO North Asia continues to grow, the Entrepreneurs’ Festival is expected to remain a marquee annual regional gathering. The next Entrepreneurs' Summit will be hosted by EO China East and EO Shanghai in Shanghai from 5-7 April 2027.
