A total of 173 chapter presidents, 181 presidents-elect, and 181 chapter staff from around the world gathered in cities across EO’s regions to participate in regional Presidents’ Meetings.

These gatherings support shared learning, strengthen chapter health, and ensure leadership continuity across the global network. Presidents’ Meetings focus on transition planning—empowering current presidents to finish their terms strong while equipping presidents-elect with the tools and perspectives needed to lead effectively. Together, these experiences are part of the broader Presidents’ Training Lifecycle.

Meetings took place across multiple regions:

Leaders from North Asia, Japan, and Asia Pacific (APAC) gathered in Hong Kong for a unified regional meeting. The program included a distinctive cultural experience as participants explored Wing Chun, Hong Kong’s iconic martial art popularized by Bruce Lee, offering both cultural immersion and an energizing start to the day.

Member leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) met in Panama, and also attended the region’s School of Presidents. Participants were treated to an exclusive tour of the Panama Canal.

This year also marked the third year of the Best of US awards program for the United States regions and the first year of participation for Canada. Best of US is a chapter competition that recognizes innovative chapter initiatives and resources, enabling leaders to share ideas and strengthen chapters across regions.
