Alexandria, Virginia, USA (26 June 2025) – The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) released its FY2023/2024 Annual Report today. The not-for-profit organization’s latest report offers a detailed review of last year’s regional and chapter achievements, programs and experiences for members, and global financial activities. It complements the release of the U.S.-registered 501(c)3 organization’s audited financial statements for FY2023/2024, which marked the organization’s 36th year.

Among other metrics, EO measures success in terms of member engagement and participation in local, regional, and global products and events. Some of these events focus on individual learning, while others create opportunities for entrepreneurs to network, exchange insights, and share new experiences in highly trained group Forums, chapters, and member-run MyEO Groups.

This year’s report shows increased investment in chapter officer training and development. EO’s 2024 Global Leadership Conference (GLC) in Singapore, for instance, presented a more rigorous training experience for the 1,276 chapter officers attending, who represented more than 200 chapters worldwide. In total, more than 3,100 EO members—or roughly one out of every six EO entrepreneurs—volunteered their time and talents as leaders serving their peers at the chapter, regional, and global levels of EO’s organization last year.

“The dedication, passion, and commitment of our members, leaders, and professional staff to our purpose and ambition have been the driving force behind our progress,” says Lynn Anstett, EO Global Board Chair during FY2023/2024 and a 13-year member of EO Cincinnati. “We are making the journey of entrepreneurship less lonely, less stressful, more connected, and more personally rewarding.”

Notable results from the report:

  • 2,433 new members joined EO in FY2023/2024, nearly matching the previous year’s record growth
  • 4 new EO chapters launched
  • 22 percent year-over-year growth in new members under 35
  • 3,176 members volunteered to serve as leaders within the organization
  • 2,276 chapter officers were trained to serve chapter boards
  • 7 new Accelerator programs for early-stage business owners launched
  • 89 EO chapters hosted Global Student Entrepreneur Awards programs

EO’s member experience brings entrepreneurs along a journey of connection, learning, leadership development, and peer-supported growth. Its inspiring events like GLC—filled with keynote speakers and experiential learning opportunities—coupled with its member Forums, Path of Leadership and Executive Education Programs, collectively contributed to an overall 92 percent member renewal rate.

The cultivation and launch of a new EO chapter takes months—sometimes years—of outreach, recruitment, and planning. When successful, new chapters provide new networking, learning, leadership, and connection opportunities for local entrepreneurs. In FY2023/24, the organization welcomed four new chapters: EO Kanagawa (Japan), EO North Karnataka (India), EO Mérida (Mexico), and the EO South Asia Platinum Bridge Chapter.

“I am most proud of how we are not only helping members sharpen their skills and grow their businesses, but how we are supporting their personal wellbeing and development as leaders,” says Jamie Pujara, EO Interim Executive Director and Chair-Elect for EO’s Global Board in FY2023/2024. “That’s the EO I have grown to love and treasure over my 10 years as a member, and that’s the EO we aspire to offer all entrepreneurs who join our diverse community.”

That success was underpinned by a strong global operating budget of US$70million, which represented a 16 percent increase over the prior year, as financial markets and travel largely returned to their pre-COVID norms. Members’ dues were invested back into their experience, with special emphasis on chapter development, leadership training, and further opportunities to participate in and lead EO Forums. As of the end of FY2023/2024, there were 222 independently operating EO chapters serving entrepreneurs in 62 countries worldwide.

The cost of hosting more global events for members was the primary driver of a 2.4 percent increase in annual expenses. Meanwhile, EO lowered its management and administrative costs by roughly US$500,000 in order to divert a greater proportion of expenses to programs that directly serve members.
