ALEXANDRIA, Va. (30 March 2026) — Keeping pace with a surge of growth and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship throughout Asia, Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a premier global peer community for entrepreneurs, proudly welcomes three new chapters in Asia: EO Shenyang, EO South Asia Founders Bridge, and EO Vadodara. The new additions bring EO’s network of independently run chapters to 225 in 63 countries worldwide.

Together, the new chapters reflect EO’s continued expansion in strategic markets across Asia and its commitment to fostering trusted communities where entrepreneurs can learn, connect, and grow through shared experience. EO now boasts more than 4,300 members across 49 chapters in the two distinct EO regions that the new chapters represent: North and South Asia. Another 19 chapters in Japan further position EO as the premier support system for entrepreneurial learning and connection in the region.

“Each new EO chapter launched in Asia’s fast-evolving economies is a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial journey may look different across regions, but the need for trusted peers is universal," says Alan Cheung (EO Greater China Bridge), EO Global Board Director, 17-year EO member, and Founding President of the EO Tokyo Metropolitan chapter. "EO’s strength as a global organization lies in embracing regional diversity and creating space for local perspectives, experiences, and leadership to shape our community. That is why we continue to invest in growth across Asia and listen closely to entrepreneurs on the ground about the network and support they need to thrive."

EO Vadodara in Western India led the way in 2026 by launching in January with 32 founding members, five of whom are under 35. The chapter’s launch event reflected strong solidarity among local entrepreneurs by bringing together a range of EO member leaders: Numerous members of South Asia’s Regional Council and leaders from EO Gujarat and EO Surat were in attendance.

“I am most optimistic about the chapter’s ability to serve as a beacon of entrepreneurial excellence — where visionaries come together to learn, grow, and lead with impact,” said Uddhav Poddar (EO New Delhi), South Asia Regional Chair and 12-year EO member who has founded companies in logistics and real estate. “EO Vadodara is not just a new chapter; it is a testament to the enduring strength of our network and the limitless possibilities of our collective future.”

At the event, Chapter President and new EO member Diya Khurana outlined her ambitions for building the chapter: “The long-term vision for EO Vadodara is to grow into a thriving hub of entrepreneurial leadership, anchored in our core values of trust, learning, and peer-to-peer connection,” she said. “Over time, the chapter will evolve into a strong community of engaged members who not only support each other’s journeys but also contribute to the larger EO community with innovation, resilience, and regional solidarity. Our trajectory will be defined by deep bonds, impactful learning, and a culture of confidence and unity that reflects the unmistakable EO energy.”

Looking ahead, EO Vadodara aims to grow into a community of more than 50 members within its first year.

EO South Asia Founders Bridge: A New Borderless Community

EO South Asia Founders Bridge, which launched in February, is built around a borderless chapter model designed to serve first-generation entrepreneurs across the South Asia region. Rather than being anchored to a single city or country, the chapter brings together founders from multiple locations — including the National Capital Region, Indore, Jaipur, Pune, Mumbai, and beyond — united by shared experiences and similar stages of business growth.

Designed as a founders-only chapter, EO South Asia Founders Bridge focuses on entrepreneurs navigating the journey of building scalable businesses without inherited ecosystems or capital. It is one of 15 similar regional chapters that EO offers to members beyond local cities or countries around the world.

“The EO South Asia Founders Bridge Chapter was created because of a gap,” said Chapter President Rohit Gadia, a 12-year EO member and first-generation founder who specializes in financial market research and tech consulting. “Across South Asia, we saw a growing segment of first-generation entrepreneurs and founders building meaningful, scalable businesses, yet many of them were either not ready for traditional EO chapters or were looking for a different kind of peer group.”

The chapter launched with 41 founding members from several South Asian countries, who represent a wide range of industries, and the chapter represents a strategic step in how EO supports entrepreneurial growth in the region. “The addition of the EO South Asia Founders Bridge Chapter marks an important evolution in how we think about community building within EO South Asia,” Uddhav added. “What excites us most is that this is a bridge — not just into EO, but across geographies, industries, and founder journeys.”

Looking ahead, EO South Asia Founders Bridge aims to build a high-trust Forum culture — a confidential regular gathering in which a small group of EO members share their experiences with fellow entrepreneurs — from day one while creating a strong pipeline of future EO members who will transition into other established chapters as they scale.

EO Shenyang, which also launched in February, expands EO’s presence in its North Asia by becoming the organization’s 14th chapter in the region. The chapter includes 25 members, including 10 women, who represent 13 industries ranging from architecture to advertising. Forty percent of member businesses are family-owned — which is exceedingly common in China — and the chapter’s launch celebration will take place at the Liaoning Hotel, a historic venue in Shenyang, which has long been a manufacturing and industrial center.

“Shenyang is in the midst of a true transformation,” said Chapter President Kexin Liu, a five-year EO member with an extensive background in landscape design. “We are seeing new energy across advanced manufacturing sectors — including automotive, robotics, and aerospace — alongside renewed foreign investment and confidence in the city. Our chapter brings together founders who are part of this shift and are building modern, globally connected businesses while staying rooted in the legacy and resilience that define Shenyang.”

EO Shenyang was seeded with support from EO Dalian, illustrating how mature chapters continue to help expand EO’s regional footprint and influence. EO Shenyang has already begun building community through member experiences, including a feast held in January, and is preparing for its formal launch celebration in April.
