Alexandria, Virginia, USA (13 April 2026) – The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) released its FY2024/2025 Annual Report today, a period of time that covers July 2024 through June 2025. The not-for-profit organization’s latest report offers a detailed review of last year’s programs and experiences for members worldwide, as well as its global financial activities, and regional and chapter achievements.
Through its programs, products, and experiences, EO’s value to entrepreneurs is realized when members gain a sense of belonging, community, trusted support, and highly relevant continued learning. A key measure of success is active member engagement in local, regional, and global experiences. Some of these events focus on individual learning, while others create opportunities for entrepreneurs to network, exchange insights, and share new experiences. That connection often takes place in highly trained group Forums, chapters, and in four new official EO Global Communities that help members find each other and build relationships across interests and beyond borders.
“Much of the work we initiated in FY2024/2025 will have a positive impact on members well into the future, and I am pleased with the vital projects we set in motion,” says Jamie Pujara, EO Executive Director, FY2024/2025 Global Board Chair, and an 11-year member through EO Keyna. “I believe in the strategic priorities we are pursuing, and I believe in this community’s capacity to continue building something that profoundly impacts entrepreneurs.”
Notable results from the report:
- 2,544 new members joined EO in FY2024/2025, marking a 5 percent jump in new-member growth from the prior year
- By June of 2025, EO’s overall membership swelled to just over 20,000 up 5.5 percent year-over-year
- 5 new EO chapters launched
- 18 percent increase in the number of members participating in EO’s Path of Leadership (POL) over the past five years
- 15 percent growth in the EO Women Community; 26 percent growth in the EO Under 35 Community
- 235 entrepreneurs graduated from EO’s Accelerator program, a 40 percent increase year-over-year
- 107 local and national Global Student Entrepreneur Awards competitions were held worldwide, including 10 new contests
EO’s member experience brings entrepreneurs along a journey of connection, learning, leadership development, and peer-supported growth. Its inspiring events like the annual Global Leadership Conference (GLC), coupled with its chapter-hosted member Forums, global Path of Leadership opportunities, online learning, and culturally distinctive regional events, collectively contributed to an overall 91.6 percent member renewal rate.
“This past year was a reminder that when we invest in our members, the entire organization grows and thrives,” says Joaquín “Quini” Cordero, current EO Global Board Chair and a 15-year member through the EO Guatemala chapter. “We are expanding into new markets, helping entrepreneurs connect across borders, and putting more resources back into the experiences that matter most to our members.”
The cultivation and launch of a new EO chapter can take months, even years, of outreach, recruitment, and planning. When successful, new chapters provide new networking, learning, leadership, and connection opportunities for local entrepreneurs in both thriving and emerging markets. In FY2024/2025, the organization welcomed five new chapters: EO Austria; EO Beyond Japan Bridge; EO Greater Bay Area Metropolitan (China); EO Pacific Diamond Bridge; and EO Uttarakhand. “The organization is committed long-term growth in strategic markets overflowing with entrepreneurial enthusiasm,” Jamie adds.
The organization’s growth and successes were underpinned by a US$75 million global operating budget, which represented a 7.5 percent increase over the prior year. Members’ global dues were invested back into their experience, with special emphasis on chapter development, technology improvements, leadership training, and further opportunities to participate in and lead EO Forums.
A new EO public-facing website was also launched in five core languages: English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese Mandarin, and Japanese. As of the end of FY2024/2025, there were 221 independently operating EO chapters serving entrepreneurs in 61 countries worldwide.
The cost of investing more in chapter development, executive education, and information systems was the primary driver of a 12.6 percent increase in annual expenses. Meanwhile, EO lowered its general administrative costs by roughly US$1.7 million in order to divert a greater proportion of expenses to programs that serve members.
