EO London Business School Growth Forum keeps attracting members back for new learning opportunities, as many as seven times—and there is a strong reason that they keep coming back. Three long-time participants share how the program's evolving case studies, world-class faculty, and global peer learning continue to transform the way they lead and grow their businesses.

EO members share a thirst for entrepreneurial learning. To satisfy their drive for continuous growth, EO offers a portfolio of EO Executive Education programs. Each of the nine immersive experiences allows EOers to step away from the day-to-day demands of their companies, learn alongside like-minded peers, and gain practical tools, fresh perspectives, and lasting connections.

Each year, EO London Business School Growth Forum (EO/LBS) offers four days of faculty-led sessions and study group work. The program is based on case studies of real, EO-like companies that the faculty often know intimately, challenging participants to decide how they would handle each company's business dilemma. Year after year, this experiential style of learning delivers a growing set of tools and frameworks that can help every entrepreneur better manage the inevitable challenges growth brings. With a new faculty lineup and all-new material every year, EO/LBS is designed for EOers to return multiple times to add more tools to their entrepreneurial toolkit.

EO members take this unique learning method to heart, returning to the EO/LBS program multiple years in a row to maximize their case learning experience: Andrey Aliasov, EO Russia; Ran Geva, EO Israel; and Eyal Solomon, EO Israel have each attended EO/LBS seven times and “graduated” from the program. We asked these growth-minded EOers what kept them coming back. Here’s what they shared:

You have attended EO/LBS multiple times. What draws you back year after year?

“LBS is a unique program where the case studies and focus change every year. The goal is growth, and there are many dimensions through which you can achieve it. How has your business evolved between your first EO/LBS experience and your most recent one? How did the program help you navigate that growth?

“I have been through at least three crises in my market; the program helped me get through them more effectively — and triple my revenue per employee.” — Andrey Aliasov

“My business changed immensely. I learned the value of culture and strategy, learned the skill of negotiation, and implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in my company. Our ability to execute is the most noticeable change.” — Ran Geva

What is one framework, tool, or concept from EO/LBS that continues to influence how you lead your company today?

“Without a doubt, John Mullins's 7 Domains framework. The first time, I used it to understand my business; the second, to build moats around it; the third, to prioritize. Each time, I see new ways to apply it. But I take away something new from every talk. In the 2026 LBS program, it was AI — the need to build an AI factory, the fact that technology is no longer a moat, and the importance of creating an accelerated AI loop for a technological advantage.” — Andrey Aliasov

“As mentioned, EOS completely changed how we run our company. If you tear it apart, it's nothing you haven't heard before; however, the way it is implemented and organized makes the organization run much smoother. “The professors, especially John Mullins, have a remarkable ability to take complex business concepts and make them practical. The case-study learning approach is incredibly effective, because you are not learning theory, you are discussing real companies, real decisions, and real problems that often feel very familiar. Beyond the classroom, I have built meaningful relationships with entrepreneurs from all over the world. What surprised you most about the quality of discussion and peer learning among EOers from different countries, industries, and stages of growth?

“It showed that my understanding of business is not bad at all — and sometimes I think maybe I am among the best EO members. However, at the same time, it shows me that there are plenty of people in EO that I still need to strive to match — people who are far stronger than me.” — Andrey Aliasov
