A Seed Moderator is an experienced EO member trained to help launch and guide a new Forum during its first months. They temporarily moderate a newly formed Forum to help it start strong and follow EO Forum best practices. Their role is to ensure the group builds the right culture and structure from the beginning. Once the group is comfortable with the structure, members select a permanent Moderator from within the group.
Seed Moderators guide the first meetings of a newly formed Forum. They help:
