Forum Trainers support the development of Forums across EO. They deliver official training programs and help members understand how Forum meetings are structured. These trainers are experienced EO members who guide others in learning the principles that support effective participation and facilitation. Through training , Forum Trainers help maintain the quality and consistency of the Forum experience across chapters and regions.

Forum Trainers deliver training sessions that introduce members and Forum Moderators to the Forum format and expectations.

They help leaders understand how to facilitate discussions, maintain meeting structure and support a productive Forum environment.

Forum Trainers also reinforce the principles that allow Forums to operate consistently across EO.

Members who become Forum Trainers typically have experience serving as Forum Moderators and have completed Forum Moderator Training.
