The EO Strategy Summit program is a suite of facilitated sessions for chapter boards that create alignment, momentum, and accountability. EO Strategy Summits create the structure and space for your chapter to align, define priorities, and build a measurable action plan together.
You’ll be inspired and walk away with:
Each session is designed to support your chapter in every stage of EO’s planning cycle.
Book Your SummitEO Strategy Summits are designed by EO leaders, developed from EO lived experience, and delivered by trained EO members.
The EO Annual Planning Summit sets chapters up for success by aligning the board to create annual priorities. In a collaborative session, chapter leaders will emerge with a precise action plan, success metrics, and clear ownership all documented in the Chapter Board Tracker, a custom-built tool for EO chapter boards to track progress. By establishing an annual plan, chapter leaders will lay the foundation for attaining their goals and a successful board year.
The Mid-Year Planning Summit (MYS) revisits and refines chapter priorities to finish the year strong. Chapter leaders assess progress against their annual plan, identify what is working, and course correct where needed. Chapters leave with updated priorities, clear next steps, and renewed alignment to drive execution through the remainder of the year.
The Long-Term Planning Summit (LTP) sets a clear direction for the next three years, helping chapters plan for continuity and sustained growth. By bringing together current and past leaders, this session aligns priorities and strengthens accountability across leadership transitions. Chapters leave with strategic direction that guides future planning.
The New Chapter Planning Summit (NCS) helps new chapters establish structure, priorities, and leadership alignment from the start. Chapter leaders receive onboarding, role clarity, and guidance on EO planning, setting the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term success.
To qualify, chapters must have an approved launch plan, at least 16 paid primary members, and all core board roles filled.
*Chapters are responsible for securing a venue and covering associated food and beverage costs for in-person sessions.
Summit bookings must be submitted at least 30 days before your preferred date.
